What We Value

Every church has values. When values are discovered, clarified and communicated out in the open, alignment, team-building and a shared purpose result.

Values are the heartbeat that drive why what we do and how we do it. Values set the tone and trajectory for how we get things done. If the mission is our compass, our values are the map that give us direction.
