Chapel
One of our foundational principles is putting God first in our daily lives. Chapel is led by Pastor Randy Miller.
Curriculum
We believe in the early childhood
approach to our learning environment. Our centers are set up for hands-on learning. We believe that children learn best through their 5 senses and hands-on discovery. We also have a large library which provides a rich literary environment.
Our curriculum prepares students for Kindergarten with pre-reading and pre-math skills. We use Creative Curriculum
along with the Christian curriculum Bright Beginnings
. ‘Keeping Kids Safe’ is a personal safety curriculum we teach. It is provided by the state of Tennessee.
Child Guidance
At TLC, our motto is to treat others the way we want to be treated. Children are guided in a positive and consistent manner at a level that is appropriate to their actions and their ages. We do not permit physical or emotional punishment.
Any concerns the staff might have regarding your child’s behavior will be discussed with you. If you have a concern, you may request a personal conference with your child’s teacher at any time.
