Trinity’s mission is to Grow Healthy Families.
As people, we are always growing and maturing. Our spiritual lives are no different. In 2 Thessalonians 1:3, we listen in as Paul encourages the believers to always grow in their faith:
We ought always to thank God for you because your faith is growing more and more and the love every one of you has for each other is increasing.
We don’t want to be the biggest church; we want to be the healthiest church. Proverbs 3:1-8 challenges us to seek God’s ways and not our ways:
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge Him and he will make you paths straight... This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones.
We realize that there is a wide variety of families: single person, two-parent, single parent, blended, foster, adoptive and more! No matter what your family looks like, God connects all of us into His family through Jesus Christ. We watch and celebrate as we see this verse lived out:
Psalm 68:6 - God sets the lonely in family.
We live out the mission to grow healthy families by connecting our lives to these 4 activities:
Pray constantly, Worship God, Build Relationships, Serve Community
